Amanda, you are the Head of Household and have won safety for this week plus a 1 in 3 shot at winning this game. As part of the competition's rules, Amanda's nominations are valid. Jake, Carleen, you have been nominated for eviction this week.
However, the all-important final Veto competition will take place later this week (likely Tuesday). The winner of the Veto competition is safe, and unless Amanda wins, that HouseGuest will cast the sole vote to evict either Jake, Carleen, or Cody.
Joe will work out a time for this competition with you guys. Until then, good work, and have a good night.

I was thinking the Final Veto competition for Tuesday at 8 PM EST. It seems like no one is available tomorrow and Tuesday is better for me.

8 pm is not really a good time for me for the Veto. If it could be at 7 pm that would be better.
Also, how long are we expecting this veto comp to last?

Tomorrow evening in general might be a little tight for me, especially if it's a live POV. I'll do my best but I'm almost certain I'm on my way out anyway lol. So if Jake, Amanda & Cody prefer tomorrow at 7, then it's fine by me.

Good evening, HouseGuests. We have had ourselves quite a day in the Big Brother house, but it was not without controversy.
During the final HOH competition, it became revealed that Jake had been receiving information about what Jurors were saying in the Jury House from from Brad and Trent, two Jurors. Due to their actions, they were both removed from the Jury and replaced by Red and Ryan. However, after careful consideration, us hosts have made a final decision on the matter. This has taken a lot of energy and thought from all three of us, and this may very well be the most controversial decision made in the history of the game. I'm sure I'll never hear the end of it from some of you, but we had to make a decision given the situation evidence brought before us.
Due to the fact that Jake received this information, did not consult the hosts regarding the issue until long after the incident occurred, and even sent these Jury quotes to another HouseGuest with commentary, the three of us have decided that the appropriate punishment is that Jake is ineligible to become the Head of Household this week. As Cody has already been eliminated from the competition, this leaves Amanda as the only other HouseGuest left. Congratulations, Amanda, you are the final Head of Household of the season! Please cast your vote to evict either Jake or Cody as soon as possible. Thank you.

The entire events of the night have been quite shocking to me. I want more than anything to go to the final two but I don't want my getting there to ever be questioned so I think a competiton is the only fair way to go. I don't know if this is even an option and I know the hosts are aware of how busy my schedule is this week. If the hosts say this is not an option then I'd like to provide Jake and Cody both a chance to tell me why should take them.

Amanda, the hosts discussed this and we determined that the results of the challenge stands as you as the winner. You won part 1 fair and square. Jake won part 2 fair and square. It was part three that caused the problems. Since Jake was disqualified, that left you as the winner. We don't believe making another challenge would be fair for the integrity of the game nor do we believe we could come up with a challenge of substance short notice.
Jake and Cody since Amanda is the HOH, that leaves you two as the default nominees. It would be greatly appreciated if each of you would address Amanda and make statements before she votes.
