well wasn't expecting that haha bye isaac, thanks for everything! sorry you ended up having a bad experience, but i will gladly take safety haha. and i've avoided speaking about this, but just for the sake of not coming across as hypocritical ever if anyone tries calling me on it, i can acknowledge that jake is not a bad person, we've had a rough road over the last 2 seasons of this game, but i think we'll be able to work out those differences with time. i don't hate him as a person, i don't have a problem with him outside of this game, and i don't think he has bullied me. we've been on opposite sides of a competitive battlefield for 2 summers now, i've disagreed with some of his tactics, and sometimes things are said and done that shouldn't be, but i think we're both mature enough people to move past that. so summary, just like i am not some monster, jake is not either. just a very competitive guy  so congrats final 9, yay single digits, let's see what happens from here haha |

Just to make sure everyone is clear, we are treating this as though Isaac has been evicted from the Big Brother House because he was a nominee when he quit. On CBS Big Brother, when a contestant that is a nominee quits the game or is expelled, (eliminated other than through eviction), it is treated as an eviction. This is what happened when Chima was expelled in Big Brother 11. We are following this format.
So, yes, Jake is not eligible to compete for HOH because one of his nominees left the house. Amanda, you will be eligible because the game is moving on, not resetting.
I hope everyone is interested in the LIVE Discussion that Brett has proposed. If I get my studying done on time, and if I don't go to trivia, I will hopefully be here.

Now that we are finally in single digits, next week is shaping up to be a very important week. And an important week deserves important recognition. Therefore, on Friday night we will be holding the game's first reward challenge in history. The winner of this challenge will receive a small reward that may help them out next week in the game. All 9 of you are eligible to participate but you must be online and participating in the challenge in order to win it. A start time for this challenge will be decided soon, so stay tuned.

Can it not be on Friday? Friday's never work for me because I work late then turn around and work early on Saturday. I'd really like to partake in any competition, but you guys have been making it hard by doing the important stuff on Friday's. If you can't change it to a different date, that sucks, it really does, but whatever. Figured I'd ask.

I do second that Friday nights rarely work for me either. It happens that this Friday I will be open but in general I am either working or have some other prior engagement.

Amanda has nominated me and Jake for eviction, but I have the power to veto one of those nominees!
I think this is a decision that will come as a surprise to literally nobody, but I have decided to use the POV on myself! This has been quite the wild ride haha but I guess it's not time for me to get off yet
