Yeah. Only 12? Sure. And what is with casting another relative of a past player. Cody's whoever.

12 people definitely means there are some returning players yet to be revealed. I think it's more diverse, and I like that. I hope another "bro" alliance doesn't form. I'm sick of those. Also Vanessas's sister, Tiffany.

Just based on the bios and initial Jeff interviews, I don't really see a lot of these guys working together haha. I mean at least not exclusively with other guys, I have hope that this season will be interesting.
I don't really get the casting of siblings, I didn't really understand it with Elissa tbh either even though I rooted for her since that season sucked. But like idk I just would feel bad about myself if I knew that I was only being put on the show because of someone else, not anything about my own personality or accomplishments. It's just a gimmick that doesn't even accomplish anything in my opinion.
Hopefully the returnees are good, and hopefully if it's the people being rumored (idk if you guys have read those) then the twist/format at least tries to make sense

Not even going to lie, of all the interviews with Jeff, Paul is hands down my favorite. Here are my thoughts on everyone though:
Bridgette - She seems annoying, but laid back. Claims to be a big fan, but only really mentioned the most recent seasons. I don't she'll make it too far, especially with how confident she sounds... And being bad at lying.
Bronte - ...I...Um...WHAT!? SHE IS TRYING TO BE A MATHEMATICIAN AND CAN'T DO SIMPLE GRAD SCHOOL MATH IN HER HEAD!?!? UGH! NEXT!
Corey - Oh boy the southerner! It wouldn't be Big Brother without someone from the south... I'm willing to bet this guy will trying teaming up with a couple other guys and form a "Bro" alliance. Kind of boring in all honesty, and clearly doesn't know much about the game at all. I really wish they'd cast a season of people who are legit superfans, and not "fans" AKA people who have only watched from BB 12 to current. I swear that is like all houseguests mention these days, and there are better seasons before Season 12. Enough about this guy though, because there isn't much to say.
Glenn - Before the interview even starts... I don't like all the current cops/ex cops we've had involved in Big Brother and Survivor recently. I hope he doesn't use his skills as an ex cop to make it far in this game. If he can hang in with this young group though, props to him. I will say, if the rumor is true for this season, and a certain former winner who was (is?) a cop plays this season as well... I really hope they don't team up to destroy the house.
Jozea - Seems too down to earth and boring in all honesty.
Michelle - Really annoying. Seems like she's the typical "Like, Omg, I'm like really smart, but totally secretly a blonde!". I also don't like Nutritionists who are really rude about the reality of America. Her comments about America being overweight was upsetting to hear (I know it is true, and that isn't what is upsetting, it was her saying it, like why do we care? Just care about yourself).
Natalie - Please be the first person evicted. An All Girl alliance NEVER works. It would be interesting to have one actually work, sure, but not with her. I did like her answer to the who would you want to tweet past or present though.
Paul - He likely won't make it far, but the dude seems cool. He is certainly my favorite thus far.
Paulie - Eh, I wasn't a fan of Cody, and I'm not really a fan of his brother. Paulie seems as though he wants to play the exact game his brother did, and I found myself thinking, "What was Cody's game play?". Because if I recall correctly, he flirted with a married woman, and was close to the only guy actually playing the game... Cody was NOT a good Big Brother player. So if Paulie is just like him, I hope he is gone early.
Tiffany - As much as I wasn't a fan of Vanessa, Tiffany I actually like. She's probably my second favorite just based on interviews. She looks like her sister, so people will probably target her (unless her sister winds up being one of the returnee's)... But I feel like she has a chance to make it far.
Victor - Might be the one to watch this season if what he says is true about himself. But honestly, I don't think he is going to do all that well. Honestly, this cast is kind of lacking, but this is pre-game interviews, so who knows.
Zakiyah - Another teacher. At least she actually said she has been a fan since season 3. This season is going to be a season with so many single people... So many showmances, I can see it now... Zakiyah at least seems some what smart about how to go about this game. She'll be one to watch for sure.

I haven't really gotten to take a look at the cast, since CBS wanted to keep it all within America, but by cast bios and outside media alone, I'd say that my favourites are Bronte, Michelle, Glenn, and Tiffany.

I haven't watched big brother the last two seasons. I think I'm gonna try this year though the cast isn't all that impressive yet, but I'm gonna give it a shot. When does it start?

Any winners predictions? I'm thinking Paulie has a good shot.

I hope neither of the siblings wins it. Glenn will be a novelty, and it looks like Paul might be too. Natalie is proposing an all-girls alliance. All-male or all-female alliances never work, so why even bother. My dark horse pick is Corey. Unless he gets full of himself like Devin did 2 years ago, I think he could form the necessary connections and do well.

People named Natalie tend to go pretty far on CBS reality shows.

Found this on Reddit. For our friends over 21...
BB Premiere Drinking Game
Whenever Julie says: "Houseguests" "But first" When a HG says: "Hey Julie!" Anyone says: "showmance" A nickname Drink if: A hashtag appears on screen Someone cries A HG uses one of the house’s reflective surfaces other than a mirror to check themselves out Someone kisses someone else For every bleeped expletive
Happy premiere night everybody!!

What does everyone think of the twists.

I think they are running out of twist ideas and are trying to make these reused twists seem new. It is sort of a combo of the Pairs twist, the Coaches and the Cliques. I am happy with the returning players because they were all semi-likeable and not players BB tried desperately to force us to like. Also, there wasn't much crying.
